The Brief
The objective of designing Self-Insight is to create an interactive platform that promotes positive mental health and a safe space to seek help. Our current world is moving at a very fast pace, making it very easy for people to focus on the wrong things and disregard their psychological state. We want to research and develop a proposal for the best program that can educate like minded individuals who want access to each other and resources that stimulate conversations about decision making, problem solving and critical thinking as they take a deeper look themselves.
The work of Self-Insight could not have been done alone, through collaboration with peers to conduct research and anthropology methods, I was able to create the logo and key content of Self-Insight. Along with colleague Lara Hammoud, she helped designed the layout to increase visual literacy as well.
